Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership at any time under the Membership section of your Account.

Most orders print and ship next business day (Monday - Friday). Our manufacturing facility is located in Salt Lake City and below is a graphic that represents typical delivery times from the US Postal Service.


Delivery Timeframes
Yes! With our Pro and Executive Memberships, you can send unlimited free 4x6 postcards (available on Pro & Executive) and unlimited free 5.5x8.5 postcards (available on Executive); you just pay for postage & handling, which is currently 48¢ for a 4x6 postcard and 63¢ for the 5.5x8.5 postcard. Send as many as you like!
Unfortunately no. You must use your free greeting cards within your membership period. Once your membership renews the number of free cards you have available will reset.
We make it easy by allowing you load funds onto your account (we call it your wallet). You can then set an auto-recharge amount. When the funds on your wallet are depleted, we will automatically recharge your wallet to the amount you specified. The funds in your wallet are like cash on your account and are used to pay for your membership, products you send, sales tax, and postage.
Yes, you can choose multiple quantities during checkout and have them shipped to any contact.
